Lahore police arrests Rambo, partner of TikToker Ayesha Akram

According to Lahore Police, seven people including accused Rambo have been arrested in separate raids. Raids were made to arrest Rambo’s accomplice, Badshah, but he fled. Earlier, Ayesha Akram had alleged that Rambo blackmailed her & planned the Minar-e-Pakistan incident.

On Friday, Lahore police arrested the partner of female TikToker, Ayesha Akram, who survived sexual harassment incident at Minar-e-Pakistan Lahore on 14th August.

According to Lahore Police, seven people including accused Amir Sohail aka Rambo have been arrested in separate raids. Raids were made to arrest Rambo’s accomplice, Badshah, but he fled.

Earlier, the victim, Ayesha Akram, had alleged that Rambo planned her visit to 14th August Independence Day.

She had filed a complaint to the DIG Investigation that Rambo planned the entire 14th August episode and that he had been harassing her with some of her obscene videos. She has given him 1 million rupees so far and is also regularly paying half of her salary to him.

She further alleged that Rambo had been running a TikTok gang along with his associated Badshah.

A shocking incident

TikToker Ayesha Kamran had been groped and sexually assaulted by a mob at the Minar-e-Pakistan, Lahore on 14th Independence Day. The disturbing videos of the girl being harassed by a group of nearly 400 men went viral on social media.

According to the reports, the girl had gone to Minar-e-Pakistan to film a TikTok video for Independence Day. A mob attacked, groped, and sexually assaulted her. The disturbing videos showed the girl was touched by men inappropriately. The groups of men pulled her towards them. The sexual assault on the girl even tore apart her clothes as well.

The incident had sent a shockwave across the country. It had once again raised questions on the safety and security of women in Pakistan. The incident had been trending top on social media under the #minarepakistan, #ayesha,#lahoreincident, #400men, Disgusting. Celebrities, commentators, and politicians condemned the incident. They expressed solidarity with the girl. Social media users said that they are embarrassed that such a sickening incident happened on the 14th of August when the nation celebrates the creation of Pakistan.
