Khuda K Liye
Khuda K liye is based on Muslims living in the west in post 9/11 world. It follows two singers whose lives change after the events of September 11, 2001 attacks in America. The movie shows how misinterpreted teachings of Jihad can change the lives. It stars Shaan Shahid, Fawad Khan and Iman Ali in pivotal roles, with a cameo appearance by Naseeruddin Shah.
Ramchand Pakistani
Ramchand Pakistani is a true story. It based on a boy who in order to find his father mistakenly crosses the border. He is caught by Border Security Forces who send him to jail. The following ordeal that his family has to go through is portrayed very well. This is what happens with prisoners from neighbouring countries caught by Pakistan or India.

Waar
Waar was the first movie which lifted Pakistani cinema after remaning many years in hibernation.
The movie is based on counter terrorism operations carried out during war on terror in Pakistan. It covers the attack on a Police Academy at Lahore in 2009. Directed by Bilal Lashari, the movie stars Shaan Shahid, Hamza Abbasi and Shamoon Abbasi among others.

Manto
This movie is based on the life of sub-continent writer Saadat Hasan Manto. It shows how he highlighted the societal problems and how the society reacted to its artistic masterpieces. Manto’s writings are censored to protect the society but the movie asks a very intelligent question from the audience.
The Legend of Maula Jutt
The movie is yet to be released. It was supposed to release last year; how there seems to be some issues with the production which is causing the delays.

The Legend of Maula Jatt is a remake of famous Pakistani Punjabi language action drama film Maula Jutt. It is directed and written by Bilal Lashari, produced by Ammara Hikmat. It stars Fawad Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Mahira Khan and Humaima Malik. The trailer shows that it is going to be best movie in terms of visuals and cinematography. The movie has already got 10 out of 10 IMDB rating.
