The leak reveals that the ROG Phone 9 will come in both vanilla and Pro models. One of these models, identified by the code ASUSAI2501C, has surfaced online, though its specific variant remains unclear.

As a flagship gaming phone, it’s expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, set to debut at the Snapdragon Summit in October. Xiaomi 15 is likely to be the first to use this new SoC.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 is rumored to hit clock speeds up to 4.00 GHz, with a prototype reportedly reaching 4.2 GHz.
