Uzma Bukhari calls KPK ‘hideout’ for terrorists

Federal Minister Attaullah Tarar also lambasted the fiery speech of CM KPK Ali Amin Gandapur at the Islamabad rally.

Punjab’s Information Minister Uzma Bukhari calls Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) the hideout for terrorists. In a press conference on Tuesday, she urged the Peshawar High Court to intervene and take immediate action.

Uzma alleged that Zartaj Gul, whom she described as a “terrorist”, has found refuge in K-P. She questioned why no action had been taken yet. She urged the judiciary to take action. “I don’t want conflicts between provinces, we are all Pakistanis,” she added.

She also called out the Federal Investigative Agency (FIA) for failing to handle the key issues, particularly failing to control the harmful content on social media. Bukhari said these apps should be shut down if they cannot be properly managed.
