Some anti-Pakistan slogans were seen on cabs in London recently, said the Foreign Office (FO) of Pakistan.‘Free Balochistan’ was written on the cabs, said the FO spokesman. Pakistan informed the authorities in the UK and demanded strong action against all those involved in such malicious campaigns against Pakistan.

“The Transport for London authorities, after taking suitable action for removal of the malicious material, has initiated an inquiry into the matter and assured disciplinary action against the perpetrators,” informed the FO.
This is not the first time in a western country such slogans have been raised against Pakistan. In September, Pakistan summoned a Swiss envoy to protest over the emergence of ‘Free Balochistan’ posters in Geneva and made it clear that it was against the independence and sovereignty of Pakistan.
Policy experts in Pakistan believe that the FO is not comfortable to see any anti-state protests or posters outside the borders.
Pakistan maintains that such posters and slogans are raised and distributed by the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), an armed separatist organization, allegedly backed by Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) in order to defame Pakistan.

India intends to present the case of Balochistan by exaggerating and manipulating facts with regard to Balochistan, maintains Pakistan.There is no denying of the simple fact that Pakistan has failed badly in accommodating the lay-public of Balochistan politically for being overly centralized and predominantly a military-dominated state, argue some critics of Pakistan’s national policy.
