Asif Ali Zardari calls Bilawal Bhutto Prince Charming

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto smirked when his father Asif Ali Zardari called him ‘Prince Charming’ during a live press conference with PMLN.

The incident happened during the live press conference of PMLN and PPP announcing the formation of the coalition government in the center and provinces. Asif Ali Zardari putting his hand on the shoulder of the Bilawal Bhutto Zardari called him ‘prince charming’ and addressed Shehbaz Sharif as his brother ‘meray bhai’.

The video showed Bilawal being caught off guard following his father’s comments. The video went viral on social media with netizens expressing different views on the video.

A user commenting on the video said, “Pakistani parents will be Pakistani parents, no matter who they are or what they do. Bilawal’s facial expressions on the ‘achanak say aye hua statement “mera Prince Charming”’ say it all.”

Another user said, “All kids can relate to this video of Asif Ali Zardari calling his son Bilawal bhutto Prince Charming. That moment when your parents praise you in the most cringe-worthy way publicly.”

In another development, PMLN and PPP have decided to form a government with power sharing in the center and provinces.  Shehbaz Sharif will be the Prime Minister of Pakistan and Asif Ali Zardari will be the President of Pakistan.

Meanwhile, Maryam Nawaz will be the Chief Minister of Punjab and PPP will appoint its governor in the province. PPP has claimed the post of Chairman Senate. PPP will also appoint its governor in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

PMLN will appoint a Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan. PPP will not take any ministry in the federal government. JUI-F and MQM-P are not included in the coalition government. However, PMLN looks forward to wooing MQM-P to get their votes for the prime ministerial post.  MQM-P demands a fair share of ministries in the government.
