The long-awaited verdict was declared by a division bench composed of Chief Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahan­giri.

The uncertainty arises due to concealed and non-transparent transactions conducted by Sage in the Cayman Islands.

Imaan Mazari was arrested in a case registered in Bara Kahu police station in the federal capital. Islamabad police took the human rights activist into custody.
