HUM Films launched the trailer of the much-anticipated film of the year ‘Superstar’ featuring Mahira Khan and Bilal Ashraf in a star-studded affair on Monday. The film is set to hit the cinema screens on Eid-ul-Azha.
The trailer is now available on YouTube. The three-minute-long glimpse of the movie gave a complete picture of Noori’s world, an aspiring actor played by Mahira Khan.
Bilal Ashraf, on the other hand, plays film star and heartthrob Sameer Khan, who falls for her. Nevertheless, to put it simply, he is excessively famous to be seen with a struggling actress like Noori.
Their relationship takes an ugly turn when Mahira Khan enters the entertainment industry and gets more successful than Bilal Ashraf. The movie shows Mahira Khan has to choose between fame and love.
