Bilawal Bhutto, Shah Mehmood Qureshi traded blows in NA

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi made snide remarks at each other's expense in the National Assembly. Bilawal Bhutto stated that Imran Khan should keep a close check on Shah Mehmood Qureshi, whereas the FM retorted that Bilawal Bhutto is immature for politics.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Shah Mehmood Qureshi exchanged derisive comments in the National Assembly on Wednesday. PPP leader, Bilawal Bhutto alleged Shah Mehmood Qureshi of conspiring and campaigning to become the premier of Pakistan instead of Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani.

In a direct and unabated verbal onslaught on Shah Mehmood Qureshi, the present foreign minister of Pakistan, Bilawal Bhutto accused him of conspiring against the then sitting prime minister Gillani during the government of PPP.

Bilawal Bhutto said that Shah Mehmood Qureshi used to say to foreign leaders that he should be the premier instead of Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani. Bilawal Bhutto said, he would suggest PM Imran Khan should ask the intelligence agencies to tape the phone calls of Qureshi.

It was due to his conspiracies that he was sacked from the party, claimed Bilawal Bhutto. Bilawal Bhutto alleges that Qureshi will campaign against the foreign minister in a similar way.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi hits back

After which, Shah Mehmood Qureshi retorted to the ridiculing remarks of Bilawal Bhutto. The foreign minister said that he knows Bilawal Bhutto since childhood. The foreign minister added that the opposition leader comes with a few written scripts in the national assembly. Shah Mehmood Qureshi added that he has closely watched him and his father, Asif Ali Zardari.

He added that Bilawal Bhutto is politically immature and has to go a long way. He added that Bilawal Bhutto is dictated to give statements against other political leaders and government officials. The foreign minister said that he does not want to answer Bilawal Bhutto further. While concluding his response, he asked Bilawal Bhutto to be patient.

Foreign Minister had also warned the opposition not to create chaos during the speech of Prime Minister Imran Khan today in the assembly. He added that the ruling party will also not let opposition leaders, Bilawal Bhutto, and Shahbaz Sharif do their speeches if they did not let PM Imran Khan speak.
