Blake Lively Criticized for Rude Behavior During Interview

In a 2016 interview, Flaa described her interaction with Lively and her Café Society co-star Parker Posey as a "nightmare," calling it the most uncomfortable experience of that weekend.

Blake Lively once made reporter Kjersti Flaa feel like quitting her job. In a 2016 interview, Flaa described her interaction with Lively and her Café Society co-star Parker Posey as a “nightmare,” calling it the most uncomfortable experience of that weekend.

In a video shared on Flaa’s YouTube channel, she congratulated Lively, who was pregnant with her second child with Ryan Reynolds, on her “little bump.” Lively responded sarcastically, saying, “Congrats on your little bump.”

The footage shows Posey attempting to ease the tension by jokingly showing off her own “bump” as all three women laughed awkwardly. Lively then shifted her focus to Posey, complimenting her “lovely lady lumps,” while Flaa tried to adjust to the uncomfortable atmosphere.

When Flaa commented on the film’s visual appeal and asked about the cast’s fashion, Lively ignored her and directed her response to Posey, questioning why the focus was always on women’s clothing. Flaa tried to interject, but Lively continued to avoid her, discussing male co-stars’ outfits with Posey instead.

Lively’s behavior sparked criticism, with one commenter noting, “They were so rude it was hard to watch. Well done you for not joining in. … Sorry you got the bullies back in the bus.”

Rumors of a rift between Lively and Baldoni have been circulating since they avoided appearing together at press interviews and the film’s August 5 premiere in New York City. According to sources cited by Page Six, Baldoni allegedly made Lively “uncomfortable” on set, creating a challenging work environment for the cast.
