Even Pakistani players were over the moon after winning the semi-final of the T20 World Cup 2022. They all went for the post-match win walk in the stadium and cheered the fans. Pakistani fans had thronged the stadium in large numbers. Regarding the electrifying crowd in the stadium, Babar Azam said it felt like playing back home in Pakistan. He cherished the constant support and cheering from the crowd throughout the match. Azam said the crowd supported Pakistani players throughout the match.
