Dubai South, the largest urban master development in the region focusing on aviation, logistics, and real estate, has announced a partnership with BT Holding LLC, Dubai, to develop a gated master-planned community within its Golf District near Al Maktoum International Airport.
The agreement was formalized by HE Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, and Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, Group CEO, in the presence of Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, Malik Riaz Hussain, Founder and Chairman of Bahria Town, and other senior executives from both organizations.

The planned community will feature a wide array of residential and lifestyle offerings, including villas, townhouses, apartments, schools, hospitals, retail spaces, mosques, and entertainment venues. It will also include extensive green spaces, water features, a central park, dancing fountains, iconic landmarks, wide boulevards, and various other attractions designed to provide a tranquil yet dynamic living environment.
HE Khalifa Al Zaffin expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “We are delighted to partner with one of Asia’s most respected developers. Dubai South is set to become a city of the future, and the rising demand for properties here highlights its tremendous potential. This project, aligning with the government’s vision to attract 1 million residents to Dubai South upon completing Al Maktoum International Airport, will establish new standards in luxury community living, catering to the expectations of discerning investors and residents.”
