England’s Moeen Ali left Indian skipper Virat Kohli shocked after he bowled out the latter at a duck in a test match on Saturday in Chennai. Kohli remained speechless for a few seconds as the England cricket team celebrated his wicket.

A video of Kohli with speechless expression is making waves on social media. The Indian skipper was reluctant to walk away from the crease as he took a while to fathom the situation. Baffled Indian cricket asked another batsman ‘what just happened?’

However, social media users in Pakistan are enjoying the baffling expression of Kohli in a viral video. The unexpected delivery by Moeen Ali also silenced the crowd of 15,000 spectators in the stadium.

Moeen had made a comeback after 18 months of replacing Dom Bess. The English cricketer spell-bound his team and fans with his stunning performance. According to the social media users, Ali has become the first bowler to bowl out Kohli at a duck in a Test series.

Ali is a prolific and celebrated cricketer. Back in September, the British-Pakistani cricketer became the first Muslim to lead the English cricketing team in the shortest version of the game. Ali, of Kashmiri origin, led the England team in a T20 match against the Australian team.

He is an all-rounder, a left-handed batsman, and a right-arm off-spinner, who played county cricket for Warwickshire before moving to Worcestershire. Cricket commentators believe it was a landmark moment in the history of Britain that a British-Asian Muslim of Pakistani descent led England’s cricket team, even if it was a one-off.
