Alam protested on social media over his arrest that was made by Punjab on the grounds of breach the airspace rules by Fayyaz. Police stated that Muhammad Fayyaz flew his aircraft for test try and used the airspace of Pakistan without permission from civil aviation.
This man should be interviewed & asked what made him do this & how he succeeded. This man should be treated as a national asset.
Meanwhile, the Civil Aviation Authority expert Naseem Ahmed stated that “there needs to be an approval. It’s for their own good for their safety. What if God forbid the plane crashes with any building. Ignorance cannot be used as an excuse.”
The Police had also confiscated his airplane which was made with his savings and a bank loan of Rs.50,000. Muhammad Fayyaz is a popcorn seller and a security guard by profession in Arifwala district. He was arrested after he conducted a trial of his plane at an open field. According to the claims made by Fayyaz, his plane can fly up to 1000 feet.

“I am very disappointed. This man is a hero. The idiots who arrested him & sent him to remand are those medieval mind slaves who cant see anyone progress. Such a shameful way of treating someone in a village exploring science & technology. This cannot be it,” tweeted Alam.
