Fawad Chaudhry slaps Shoaib Shaheen outside Adiala Jail

PTI leaders Fawad Chaudhry and Shoaib Shaheen clashed outside Adiala jail.

According to the latest media reports, Fawad Chaudhry slapped PTI leader Shoaib Shaheen outside Adiala jail on Saturday. Both the PTI leaders had reached Adiala jail to meet Imran Khan.

Standing outside the jail, a verbal argument started between them. Fawad Chaudhry abused Shoaib Shaheen during the argument and he later slapped him. Both called each other ‘traitors’, and accused each other of harming the party and Imran Khan.

Chaudhry even kicked Shoaib Shaheen and he fell on the road. He fortunately skipped serious injuries.

Fawad Chaudhry addressed the incident, stating that Shoaib Shaheen attributed the label “traitor” and ‘fugitive’ to Imran Khan, allegedly quoting him as saying so about Chaudhry. However, Chaudhry claimed that when he confronted Imran Khan about the remark during a meeting, Khan denied making such a statement.

Later, Fawad Chaudhry claimed that Imran Khan mediated the conflict between them. Hence, there is no conflict between him and Shoaib Shaheen.

On the other hand, Shoaib Shaheen has strongly reacted to the incident. He said “Imran Khan condemned Fawad Chaudhry’s attack on me, we have served prison terms, we have been beaten, we did not run away like Fawad Chaudhry, and we did not reach any agreement.”

“Fawad Chaudhry is the establishment’s tout, he has no respect in society, and he wants to create a rift in our party, I will answer him,” Shoaib Shaheen added further.

Imran Khan is currently in Adiala jail. He has said that “open letters to the Army Chief are for everyone, these are the facts that the establishment should consider.”

“Judiciary has been crushed, independent judges never make controversial remarks,” he said further.

He reiterated that, “Our position is that May 9 was a false flag operation, we demand justice from the state according to the constitution and law.”
