Wasim Khan to reform PCB

Wasim Khan, the former CEO of the Pakistan Cricket Board, had joined on a three-year contract in 2019 but left the post four months prior to the completion of his contract.

In several interviews, he pointed out how he was subjected to character assassination as he attempted to change the working environment in PCB.

Wasim Khan said that the behavior of a section of media in Pakistan was quite intrusive to the point of character assassination, made-up stories, and personal attacks. The PCB CEO added that after some time he learned to ignore them and decided to answer them with his work and performance.

He said that he refused free travel to Dubai to certain media elements which became the reason for his strained relations with them.
