Recent clashes between Pakistan Tahreek-I-Insaf (PTI) party and the coalition government have created complete chaos. It began with the letter written by Finance Minister Khyber PakhtunKhwa Taimur Jhagra to the Finance Minister Miftah Ismail after which the latter blamed former for sending it directly to the International Monetary Fund (IMF). However, Jhagra said, “if Miftah proves that I have sent the letter to the IMF, then I will resign.”

The conflict took over the Twitter where politicians continued to bash each other.
Miftah Ismail retweeted a journalist’s tweet in his favor denying the stance of Shaukat Tarin that Miftah Ismail should apologize for saying that PTI had tried to block that IMF programme because the IMF has now approved the programme.
Finance Minister not only retweeted, but also spiced it up by adding, “Tarin and Jhagra should hang their heads in shame and seek forgiveness from the people of Pakistan.”

In response to this statement, former Minister for Finance Shaukat Tarin shared the tweet on his account and replied, “Miftah, for asking you to think of the marooned people of the country, we have nothing to be ashamed off.”
Tarin expressed his views that Miftah should seek forgiveness from the people of Pakistan for causing misery and highest inflation in our history.
He added, “your own party wants you to go.”
