Minister of State for IT and Telecommunication, Shaza Fatima Khawaja, chaired a curtain raiser meeting for Tuesday’s upcoming ‘GSMA Digital Nation Summit’ at the Ministry of IT’s committee room. This event, set for August 7, 2024, in Islamabad, is a collaborative effort with the Ministry of IT & Telecom. Key attendees included Secretary IT Captain (Retd) Muhammad Mahmood, Head of GSMA APAC, Mr. Julian Gorman, and GSMA Country Lead, Saira Faisal. The objective was to discuss the summit’s goals, themes, and anticipated outcomes, with an official announcement made during the session.
