The latest Turkish song of Hadiqa Kiani-Daimi Bahar- a tribute to Kashmiri and Turkish martyrs has been removed from YouTube just a few hours after the release.
Pakistani singer Hadiqa Kiani in her Instagram confirmed that her song has been removed from YouTube. But also expressed her disillusionment on the removal of her song from YouTube. The singer called it a deliberate attempt to silence the voices on Kashmir.
Hadiqa Kiani’s song taken down from YouTube
“Our tribute to Kashmir was removed from YouTube a few hours ago. There seems to be a systematic silencing taking place but we will not be silenced because our message is of love and peace,” she wrote.
Hence the singer claims the removal of her song Daimi Bahar- a tribute to Turkish and Kashmiri martyrs is not just because of a mere technical glitch. However, Hadiqa Kiani pledged to continue to raise voice for the freedom of Kashmir.
