The International Cricket Council, (ICC) is all praise for picturesque Gwadar Cricket Stadium after pictures of it went viral on social media. On Sunday, Pakistan’s social media brimmed with spectacular images of the newly-constructed cricket stadium in Gwadar.
The stadium with its lush green field is surrounded by towering cliffs. A sight to behold, people from Pakistan and all over the world gushed over the amazing viral images of the stadium. Pakistani singer, host, and commentator, Fakhr-e-Alam had shared the images on his official Twitter account during his recent visit to the port city.

The images even reached International Cricket Council and even it could not resist praising the beautiful stadium. In its tweet on Monday, ICC shared the link to the images of the stadium and wrote, “Show us a more picturesque sports venue than the Gwadar cricket stadium in Balochistan. We’ll wait.”

Pakistani singer had uploaded a video of himself playing cricket in the stadium. He urged people to visit Gwadar and play cricket here.
“To all #cricket playing friends everywhere in the world….come visit us…come play cricket with us here in Gawadar cricket ground….it’s the most beautiful cricket ground I have ever seen……,” he tweeted.

Soon social media floated with messages of praise and admiration. A few minutes later, Alam uploaded a few more pictures on his Twitter account.
Australian international cricketer and commentator, Brad Hogg, was also beguiled by the pictures of Gwadar cricket stadium.
“Now @falamb3lets drop in for a game by parachuting from your plane, abseil down the hill for warm-ups, play then cool off in the sea afterward and finish off the day with a feed of Chanay Ki Daal & Sabzi Tarkari @TheRealPCB #cricket,” wrote Hogg in his tweet. Alam has assured the Australian cricketer that he will arrange a cricket match here in Gwadar.
