Imran Khan gave an educational speech to the nation as people across Pakistan came out to celebrate PTI’s big victory

PTI supporters across the country have come to the streets to celebrate Supreme Court’s decision as former Prime Minister Imran Khan also addressed the nation and congratulated the people of Pakistan.

During his address to the nation, Imran Khan also warned the people of Pakistan about the dire economic situation of the country. At the same time, he encouraged the nation to stay strong in the face of difficulties by reminding the people of their resilience during the 2005 earthquakes and early 2010’s floods.

Khan also said that if PTI wins the upcoming elections, it shall utilize the full potential of the overseas Pakistan’s who, according to Khan, are currently reluctant to send money to Pakistan resulting in a drop in remittances ever since the current government came to power. Imran Khan said that Pakistan has an import export deficit which needs to be compensated for in order to keep rupee from depreciating any further against the US dollar.

Earlier today, the Pakistani rupee dropped to 236 rupees per dollar.

The Chairman PTI also reiterated PTI’s policies regarding Rule of Law. He quoted Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), “many nations before you were destroyed where there was one law for the powerful and another for the weak.”

PTI scored a significant victory following the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down Punjab Assembly deputy speaker’s ruling. President Dr Arif Alvi administered the oath of Punjab Chief minister to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi at the President House as Hamza Shahbaz was ousted.
