Former Prime Minister Imran Khan, founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), faces fresh legal challenges as he was arrested in connection with the GHQ attack case. The RA Bazaar has booked Khan, seeking his physical remand from a local court. The arrest follows a release warrant granted a day earlier in the cipher case.
The courtroom proceedings, encompassing 12 cases related to the GHQ attack, initiated with video-link testimonies, with Station House Officers (SHOs) from various police stations present. Despite being granted bail in the cipher case, Imran Khan’s continued detention stems from his arrest in the Toshakhana case involving a substantial 190 million pounds.
