Imran Khan hosts Twitter space session, makes and breaks record

The number of listeners rose to 450K by the end of Imran Khan’s Twitter space. Not only on Twitter, but his interaction with the listeners was live broadcasted on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube too.

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan set and broke the records of hosting Twitter space session with more than a million people joining it to listen to him. People from all over the world joined in his Twitter space session to listen to him and participate in a direct Question & Answer session.

Earlier, Korea’s K-POP musical band had the session to host 45,000 listeners on a Twitter space. According to the reports, the number of listeners rose to 450K by the end of Imran Khan’s Twitter space. Not only on Twitter but his interaction with the listeners was live broadcasted on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Hundreds and thousands of people listened to him on the various social media platform.

Some sources claim that in less than 12 hours more than 26 lakh people joined on social media to listen to him. As per an estimate 13 lakh joined him to watch on Facebook, 10 lakh joined to listen to him on Twitter and nearly 3.2 lakh users joined Instagram to watch him.

Critics of Imran Khan join his Twitter session

A massive number of people had joined him on Twitter including Jehangir Tareen’s son, Ali Tareen, PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz and former Governor Punjab Chaudhry Sarwar. Not only them but international social media experts also joined in the Twitter space session of Imran Khan last night. The hashtag #ImranKhanLIVE trended at number 6th worldwide on Twitter.

Jehangir Tareen and Chaudhry Sarwar were former PTI members. The government of former Prime Minister Imran Khan had removed Chaudhry Sarwar as governor of Punjab on the day of the No-Confidence Motion. Meanwhile, the Jehangir Tareen group had decided to vote for Hamza Shahbaz as the Chief Minister of Punjab against PML-Q’s Chaudhry Pervez Ilahi.

In the space session, his supporters from all over the world joined in to express their support and ask questions from Imran Khan.
