Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday inaugurated the Pak-Austria Fachhochschule Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (PAF-IAST) in Haripur. The premier was the chief guest at the inauguration ceremony, according to Siasatpk.
According to the Urdu news website, the new institute is the brain-child of the provincial government of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. The institute is part of an effort to create technical education infrastructure for the province at all professional levels.
China-Pakistan Economic Authority Chairman Lt Gen (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa welcomed the inauguration of the institute.
