A score of celebrities in Pakistan have expressed support with COVID-19 stricken India including cricketer Shoaib Akhtar, Shoaib Malik, actor Feroze Khan, and skipper national cricket team Babar Azam who has recently smashed records of Indian skipper Virat Kohli.
Following Pakistan, the world has stepped forward to express solidarity with the people of India as the humanitarian crisis worsens due to COVID-19.
While #IndiaFightsBack trended atop on social media in India as well as in Pakistan. People from Pakistan continue to send prayers and wishes for Indian citizens who are under scathing attack of pandemic coronavirus. A video of an Indian social media user went viral in which he slammed his media for mocking Pakistan when COVID-19 cases surged in Pakistan last year.

He thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan for expressing concerns for Indian citizens. PM Imran Khan in his tweet a few days ago had said that he is disturbed by the massive destruction caused by COVID-19 in India and prayed for the arch-rival while extending an official offer to send humanitarian aid to India.
The Indian social media users apologized for the scornful attitude of Indian media towards Pakistan. Meanwhile, important landmarks in Dubai lit up in solidarity with India. Skyscraper Burj Khalifa displayed a tri-color flag of India. Headquarter of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company also displayed the flag of India with the message ‘stay strong India.’

“As #India battles the gruesome war against #COVID19, its friend #UAE sends its best wishes. Glowing star @BurjKhalifa in #Dubai lit up in Flag of India to showcase its support,” Indian Embassy in the UAE tweeted on Sunday.
India is struggling to cater to its people affected with Coronavirus with the national tally crossing 28 lakh mark and death doubling into thousands each day. On average India is reporting 3,00,000 coronavirus cases every day.

Also, Pakistan will help India to fight against the Coronavirus pandemic as a goodwill gesture and Pakistan will soon send the necessary things and medicines to India to save Indian people from Coronavirus on humanitarian grounds. Special Assistant to Punjab Chief Minister on Information Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan stated this while talking to the newsmen on Sunday.
She said that Pakistan as a goodwill gesture has stepped forward to help India purely on humanitarian grounds to fight against Coronavirus.
