Indian media reports that this is the third incident of an Indian Army officer leaking sensitive information allegedly to female Pakistani spies by being honey-trapped by them.

Back in May, Indian Army personnel Pradeep Kumar was arrested on May 21 for allegedly leaking information to an alleged female ISI spy reports India Today.

Indian media claims the 24-year-old Indian army officer was allegedly honey-trapped by a Pakistani woman to leak information. Kumar posted in Jodhpur and came in contact with the woman through Facebook. The woman is alleged to have impersonated a Hindu woman to get in touch with Pradeep Kumar. She presented herself as a resident of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

According to Indian media, the woman was a Pakistani agent who said that she is working in an Indian corporate firm. Several months after the contact with the woman, Kumar came to Delhi with the excuse of the marriage and sought confidential documents from the Indian Army. Images of confidential information of strategic and military importance were sent to the Pakistani woman, an alleged agent of Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
