Indian comedian Kapil Sharma has voiced his wish to visit the shrine Kartarpur Sahib in Pakistan. The comedian expressed his wish while interacting with his fans on Twitter.
Sharma held a question and answer session with his fans on Twitter as he is temporarily off the screen these days. A Pakistani fan asked him if he wishes to Pakistan visit soon. In response to the question, Sharma said, he wants to visit Kartarpur Sahib. Adding that he does not know yet when he will visit the country. “I want to visit Shri Kartarpur Sahib.. let’s see when,” said Sharma.

Following his response, a score of Pakistani followers also jumped in to express love and appreciation to the comedian. A Pakistani Twitter user said that he is the most famous comedian in Pakistan. Others said that his show is equally appreciated on the other side of the border as well. Another Pakistani fan said that he wishes to meet him whenever he visits Pakistan.
“You are the most popular person in Pakistan,” commented a netizen. “Welcome to Pakistan, very lovely bhaijaan,” continued an overexcited fan.

When asked why he took off from the show these days. He said that “Because I need to be there at home with my wife to welcome our second baby.”
The Kapil Sharma show is one of the highest-grossing shows in the Indian TV industry. The show is enthusiastically followed in Pakistan as well.
Sharma had tied the knot with his lady love, Gini Chatrath, in a traditional Punjabi wedding in 2018. The couple had been together for years and tied the knot on December 12 the same day as Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal’s wedding.
