Inzamam-ul-Haq appointed as Chief Selector for Pakistan’s Men’s Cricket Team

Inzamam-ul-Haq, the former Test captain, has officially taken up the role of chief selector for Pakistan’s national men’s cricket team. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed the appointment of the 53-year-old cricket veteran, highlighting his extensive experience and invaluable contributions to the sport.

Having previously held the chief selector position from 2016 to 2019, Inzamam-ul-Haq is well-acquainted with the demands and intricacies of the role. The CTC’s composition includes former captain Mohammad Hafeez, contributing to the reservoir of cricketing wisdom that shapes the trajectory of Pakistan’s cricketing pursuits. With the authority to engage supplementary cricket experts as deemed necessary, the committee is dedicated to offering regular updates to the head of the PCB Management Committee.
