Jemima Goldsmith asks what is wrong with PMLN

Former wife of Imran Khan Jemima Khan lashes out at PMLN for again organizing the protest outside the house of her mother. In a tweet, she called out PMLN for intimidating her 88-year-old mother.

She took to Twitter to denounce the third demonstration organized by PMLN outside her mother’s residence. In her tweet, she asked why her mother is being targeted and what has she got to do with the politics in Pakistan. In a tweet, she said: “What the hell is wrong with these people @pmln_org? Another mass demonstration was announced outside my 88-year-old mother’s house this weekend. This is the third time! What has my Mum got to do with Pakistani politics? It’s disruptive for her & a total waste of police time.”

Pakistani Twitter users condemned the constant targeting of Jemima Goldsmith by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz. Netizens expressed solidarity with Jemima Goldsmith. PMLN says since Jemima Goldsmith is the mother of the two sons of Imran Khan hence they are targeting her just like PTI supporters in the UK protest outside the residence of Mian Nawaz Sharif and his sons.

Back in April, PMLN had organized the first protest outside the house of Jemima Goldsmith. Jemima had taken to Twitter and informed her Twitter followers.

She shared a poster shared by Abid Sher Ali calling for the protest outside her home. In her tweet, she said that it seems as if Purana Pakistan has returned as once again vilification campaign has been against her.

In her tweet she said, she will once again be targeted with the accusations of being a ‘jew agent’, adding that this time, her children will also be targeted.

“Protests outside my house, targeting my children, antisemitic abuse on social media…. It’s almost like I’m back in 90s Lahore. #PuranaPakistan, ” she said in her tweet.
