Social rights activist, Jibran Nasir and actress Mansha Pasha exchanged rings in a close-knit ceremony in Karachi on 22nd December Sunday.
The images and videos from the ceremony from the event made rounds on social media. While Jibran looked dapper in white kurta shalwar, Mansha Pasha donned a pink tradition lehnga. The representative of Jibran Nasir confirmed the couple will tie the knot in 2020.
Actors including Junaid Khan and Xhalay Sarhadi attended the engagement function. Journalist Shahzeb Khanzada and comedian Faiza Saleem also attended the function.
Mahira Khan, who did not attend the function, also wished the couple on social media. “Congratulations Mansha Pasha and Jibran Nasir. May you both grow stronger together, may you be blessed with joy and peace. Sending you love and duas” wrote Mahira Khan in her tweet.

The images of the couple sharing the sweet moments left the fans in awe.
Earlier, this year, a video of the two dancing together at a wedding function went viral on social media which led to the speculations of a relationship between the social rights activist and actress. The two danced together in comedian Faiza Saleem’s wedding.
Two days before the engagement, the invitation card with the name of the actress and activist inscribed on it went viral on social media. “Jibran and Mansha would like to invite you to their engagement lunch on 22.12.19,” the card read.
Twitter users recalled that Mansha Pasha even voted for Jibran Nasir, the activist had contested the elections last year from Karachi.

Mansha Pasha earlier married Asad Farooqui in 2013. But since the actress is low-key about her personal life, people were not clear about her relationship with Farooqui.
Her engagement with Jibran Nasir confirms the couple has parted ways.
Mansha Pasha recently appeared in drama serial ‘Surkh Chandni’ and featured in the movie Kamal Khan’s film ‘Lal Kabootar’.
