JS Bank, one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing banks, recently partnered with Careem to provide simple and convenient mobility solutions to its employees.
To clarify, Careem is a ride-hailing company in the Middle East with operations running in 15 countries, including Pakistan.
Under the partnership, Careem will offer 10% cashback to over 4,000 employees associated with JS Bank. This is a welcoming move as it will make the commute to and from work easier for JS employees, particularly for female employees and specially-abled workers part of JS Bank’s DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives.

This Partnership will not only provide a convenient and affordable transport facility but will also ensure a more secured mode of travel for our workforce.”
JS Bank committed to its employees
Commenting on the development, Feroz Jaleel, Country Head, stated, “At Careem Pakistan, we are constantly expanding our portfolio to offer easy commuting opportunities amongst a diverse variety of other services to customers, both corporate and individual.”
“As part of our diligent efforts to transform the conventional mobility ecosystem, especially for women and other critical segments of society, we are delighted to bring JS Bank on board with this partnership,” he added.
Important to note, JS Bank has on several occasions shown commitment to its employees. For instance, last year, JS Bank partnered with the Government of Sindh to initiate a three-day vaccination drive for all of its employees and their family members.
The three-day vaccination drive took place at JS Bank’s Head Office and covered both front and back-end members as well as their loved ones. JS Bank family members were appreciative of the Bank having undertaken this immunization program and were grateful to the Government of Sindh for facilitating the seamless process.
