Kia, the South Korean automaker, has recently unveiled the latest iteration of the Kia K5 in its domestic market, introducing a refreshed model of the popular vehicle almost four years after the debut of the 5th generation.
The 2024 Kia K5 is now available for pre-orders, with prices ranging from 27.84 million to 39.54 million won, featuring a host of design updates, including smaller headlamps, a dynamic daytime running light signature, a redesigned rear bumper, trapezoidal-shaped exhaust trim, and new alloy wheels.
Kia has introduced a next-generation entertainment system known as the “connected car navigation cockpit,” displayed on a touchscreen, along with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster.
The vehicle also comes equipped with a variety of new features, such as over-the-air updates, integrated video streaming services, and the Kia Digital Key 2. Beyond aesthetics, the 2024 Kia K5 boasts a revised suspension setup for improved ride comfort and enhanced sound insulation.

The refreshed K5 offers three new interior colors and two new exterior colors, along with a ‘Black Fit’ package that includes additional design elements like 18- or 19-inch wheels, a suede headliner, black-finished mirror caps, and a rear diffuser.
Performance-wise, the 2024 Kia K5 comes with a range of engine options, including naturally-aspirated petrol units and a hybrid option, all available with either a 6-speed automatic gearbox or an 8-speed auto transmission for the turbocharged variant. This latest version aims to continue the legacy of the Kia K5, offering an array of improvements in design, technology, and performance to appeal to a broader range of drivers.
