Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and First Lady Emine Erdoğan during her visit to Antalya for the Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2025, Express News reported.

President Erdoğan extended a warm welcome to Maryam Nawaz and thanked her for attending the forum. He also inquired about former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s health and conveyed his best wishes, expressing his intention to meet him soon, saying, “I will meet Nawaz Sharif soon, Insha’Allah.”

Maryam Nawaz delivered a message of goodwill from her father and expressed gratitude for the invitation to the forum.
She also held a separate meeting with First Lady Emine Erdoğan, where both women exchanged messages of goodwill and discussed matters of mutual interest.
Maryam Nawaz arrived in Antalya a day earlier and is actively participating in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2025. She is scheduled to address the international gathering today, where she will spotlight her government’s educational initiatives in Punjab and outline her party’s broader vision.
