Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President and Chief Organizer, Maryam Nawaz’s son, Junaid Safdar, has officially confirmed the end of his marriage, more than two years after their wedding.
In an Instagram story, Junaid Safdar acknowledged the news, stating, “News about my divorce is true.”
The couple’s wedding in August 2021 spanned across London and Pakistan, primarily influenced by the presence of PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif, who is currently in self-exile in London.
Junaid Safdar requested that the media respect their privacy, emphasizing that it’s an entirely private matter. He expressed his hope that with this decision, they will find peace, concluding with, “I will speak no further on this matter. I wish her well.”
