Pakistani actress Mehwish Hayat extended support to the victims of the coronavirus and wished for their swift recovery in her tweet. The actress added that she is praying for the victims affected by the deadly epidemic and wish to see a speedy end to the epidemic soon.
She posted her photo in a mask, informing that she is taking is precautions while traveling. Mehwish Hayat also expressed her solidarity with coronavirus-hit China. Mehwish Hayat used her social media platform to urge people to take precautionary measures seriously to ebb the spread of the disease in Pakistan.

Meanwhile, according to the latest figure, the deadly epidemic coronavirus has claimed 733 lives with at least 34,546 people infected. Mehwish Hayat’s solidarity for China aligns with Pakistan’s state-level assistance and support embattled China- a mainland of coronavirus.

China is repeatedly expressing gratitude to Pakistan for offering invaluable support at a time when it fears for international isolation and sanctions in the wake of the ongoing outbreak of coronavirus. In its latest statement, China has welcomed the confidence of Pakistan- ‘iron brother’ on them. Also, they hailed messages of Prime Minister Imran Khan and President Arif Alvi.
Meanwhile, Mehwish Hayat, who is among the socially woke celebrities, also spoke in favor of the National Assembly resolution passed yesterday calling for the death penalty and public hanging of the child rapists. She slammed the backlash on the NA resolution, reminding people that similar calls are made whenever a horrific incident of a sexual assault with a child is reported.

She upheld the bill and stipulated that certainly, extreme punishment will be a powerful deterrent to stop this rot in society. She chided people for hiding behind the pretense of ‘human rights violations’ when the government has eventually conceded to the calls to hang the perpetrators of the rape with children publicly.
