Opposition thinks PTI govt stole images from Indian website?

PML-N's Marriyum Aurangzeb thinks the PTI government stole images from an Indian website to highlight its achievements in advertisements. Marriyum Aurangzeb shared the "proofs" in a series of tweets. Meanwhile, PPP Chairman Bilawal claimed PTI's performance in the last three years is zero.

PML-N information secretary Marriyum Aurangzeb levels heavy accusations against the PTI government. She claimed on Twitter that the PTI government used images from an Indian website to show performance for three years. She made serious accusations as PM Khan prepared to share PTI’s performance report on Thursday.

Marriyum Aurangzeb alleged that PTI stole images from an Indian portal imagesbazaar.com and used them to highlight achievements in advertisements. PTI used the images to cover up the fact that Pakistanis are not happy with the government’s performance.

Sharing the “proof” in a series of tweets, Aurangzeb said PTI stole the images of ecstatic farmers, engineers, shopkeepers, businessmen, and citizens from the Indian portal. They did not use the images of real Pakistanis since their condition is miserable due to unemployment and poverty.

“Had there been prosperity in the country, there would have been real pictures of happy and content Pakistanis,” she said after that.

In reaction to Marriyum Aurangzeb’s allegations, Opposition supporters criticized the PTI government as well. Furthermore, they said, no matter how many times PTI gets exposed, the “Youthia” will always support it.

However, some Twitteratis called her out for creating pointless controversies. They explained that such stock images are for outsourcing and anyone can use them.

PTI performance is zero: Opposition

While Marriyum Aurangzeb accused the PTI government of “stealing” images, PPP leader Bilawal Bhutto too criticized PM Khan’s performance report.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari in a statement alleged that PM Khan brought Pakistan to the brink of disaster and it might take the country more than a decade to recover.

“The prime minister himself knows he has destroyed the country administratively, but he is not ready to leave power due to his stubbornness and ego,” he said.

The PPP chairman alleged that PM Khan’s government snatched jobs from thousands of Pakistanis by causing skyrocketing inflation during his government’s three-year rule.

Bilawal also said no one can judge the government’s performance on the basis of “false reports of government officials.”

“Imran Khan makes big statements but his performance is zero,” Bilawal Bhutto added.
