PAF Officer wins Cranwell medal at Royal Air Force Academy UK

Following his best performance at the Pakistan Air Force Academy, pilot officer Obaidullah was sent for rigorous training at the Royal Air Force Academy in the UK. There he has been awarded the Cranwell Medal which is a remarkable achievement.

Pakistan Air Force (PAF) pilot officer Obaidullah has been awarded Cranwell Medal at Royal Air Force Academy in the UK. PAF officer won the medal for his outstanding achievement in the academy.

Following his best performance at the Pakistan Air Force Academy, he was sent for rigorous training at the Royal Air Force Academy in the UK. Obaidullah hails from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Being a Pakistani officer, Obaidullah has achieved a remarkable feat in a foreign Air Force Academy.

He, however, is not the first to accomplish this feat. Many Pakistani cadets and officers have performed tremendously in foreign academies.

Cadet Shahrukh had become the only Pakistani cadet to graduate from the US Air Force Academy 2021. The picture of Shahrukh waving the Pakistani flag high at his graduation ceremony has been circulating on social media.

Cadet Shahrukh Khan was accepted into the US Air Force Academy in 2017 at 19 years of age. He was enrolled in the program for four years for rigorous academic and military training.

Also, Pakistan’s Major Arsalan Zafar has secured the first position among all the foreign officers at the Joint Command and Staff College in Kuwait.

In 2020, Pakistan Air Force (PAF) officer Abdullah Yunus received a sword of honor in Australia. Commissioner for Pakistan, at Canberra Australia. Yunus received the sword of honor at the graduation parade of the 34th class held on Sunday, December 6th, at the Australian Defence Force Academy Canberra. He became the first overseas trainee to receive the sword of honor in Australia.

Pakistan Army cadet, Muhammad Haris Mairaj, was declared the overall best foreign national military cadet by RMC Australia. Pakistani cadets were awarded at a passing out parade at Royal Military College Duntroon, Australia, on December 2nd.
