The main objective of the mobile application is to build the bridges between the people and the federal and provincial government. The intention is to swiftly address the grievances of the general public that otherwise consumes a long time to be tackled when filed through traditional channels of complaint registration.
With the introduction of the Pakistan Citizen Portal, the government wants to beef up the e-governance system setup in Pakistan that is currently at its primary stage.
