Pakistanis troll Amitabh Bachchan on heroics of Shoaib Malik

Amitabh Bachchan encourages the Indian cricket team by tweeting on KL Rahul's record of making the fastest 50. However, Pakistani netizens flooded the Twitter timeline of Amitabh Bachchan reminding him that KL Rahul no longer holds the record alone.

Pakistani social media users troll legendary Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan after cricketer Shoaib Malik’s blistering performance in the final group match against Scotland.

On Sunday, the Indian cricket team failed to qualify for the semi-finals of the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 after New Zealand defeated Afghanistan. New Zealand becomes the second team from Group 2 alongside Pakistan to qualify for the semi-finals. India would have been able to qualify for the semi-finals had Afghanistan defeated New Zealand.

On the other hand, Pakistan registered its fifth consecutive win in the Super 12 of ICC T20 World Cup 2021 becoming the only team to be undefeated in the tournament so far. England also lost its fifth match against South Africa despite qualifying for the semifinals.

Pakistani netizens flooded the Twitter timeline of Amitabh Bachchan reminding him that KL Rahul no longer holds the record alone as Pakistan’s Shoaib Malik equals his record of making the fastest 50 of the tournament on just 18 balls. Shoaib Malik walked in with five overs remaining. He helped Pakistan score 43 runs in the two overs with his consecutive sixes taking the total to 190 runs.

He finished unbeaten at 54 runs off 18 balls. The record was earlier held by only KL Rahul, however, after the match netizens trolled Amitabh Bachchan mercilessly on Twitter.
