Prime Minister Imran Khan is seemingly impressed with the lunch arranged by Malaysia’s First Lady Siti Hashmah for them. Following the fan-girl moment between Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan and Malaysia’s First Lady Siti Hashmah now premier Imran Khan has thanked the lady for arranging a wonderful lunch for them during his two-day official visit to Malaysia.
Upon returning from Malaysia, Imran Khan took to Twitter gave a special mention to Siti Hashmah’s in a tweet acknowledging the hospitality received from his Malaysian counterpart, Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad.
He said,” I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad for his warm hospitality & I want to thank his Ministers & the Malaysian business community for welcoming us in the spirit of friendship. This trip will strengthen ties between our two countries.

He further added, “I especially want to thank the gracious Mrs. Mahathir Mohamad for the wonderful lunch she arranged for us.”

Earlier a seven-second video clip of Siti Hashmah and Prime Minister Imran Khan went viral on social media. Malaysia’s First Lady Siti Hashmah turned to PM Khan with a request to hold his hand during an official photo shoot. PM Khan humbly accepted her request that brought a broad smile on the face of nonagenarian Siti Hashmah.

The charismatic cricketer-turned-politician has been in the world’s eyes for his achievements as a cricketer, philanthropist and now the head of state Pakistan.
He was recently featured in the list of Top 50 influential Muslim leaders issued by a Jordanian think tank. His voters believe Imran Khan possesses all the abilities to steer Pakistan from the bumpy roads of instability towards prosperity.
