The trio was sighted together at the construction site of their bungalow in the bustling area of Bandra, Mumbai. Sources suggest that Ranbir intends to officially dedicate the bungalow to his and Alia’s one-year-old daughter, making her potentially the youngest and wealthiest star kid in Bollywood.

This lavish abode, estimated at over 250 crore, is slated to surpass the value of other celebrity residences in Mumbai, including Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa. Both Ranbir and Alia are said to be investing significantly in their dream home, which is expected to become the most expensive bungalow in the Mumbai area upon completion.
In recent years, Ranbir, accompanied by Neetu and Alia, has frequented a property known as Krishna Raj, named after his late grandmother. Now, it’s reported that the actor intends to rename the bungalow after his and Alia’s one-year-old daughter, Raha Kapoor.
