Renowned Islamic scholar Dr. Zakir Naik appreciated the warm hospitality received in Pakistan at the end of his month-long trip to Pakistan. He said he experienced exceptional hospitality in Pakistan.
Zakir Naik expressed gratitude to the people and government of Pakistan for serving him with the best hospitality. He described the arrangements made by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Federal Minister Chaudhry Salik Hussain as “more warm than expected.”
“The love and welcome I experienced here is unmatched,” he said, adding that “Pakistan is unique as a country founded in the name of Islam.” Naik highlighted the need for closer relationships between scholars and political leaders to foster unity and development.
He also expressed appreciation for Pakistan’s commitment to religious harmony and peace, both nationally and globally. Emphasizing Islam’s values of peace and brotherhood, Naik reiterated that his mission is to promote the true message of Islam and that the unity of the Muslim community is essential for progress.
Dr Zakir Naik thanked Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar. He also expressed gratitude to Punjab the Government, Chief Minister Punjab. In his speech, he said: “I was welcomed in Pakistan 10 times more than I imagined. I have been going to many countries for years and met thousands of Pakistanis.”

“Islam is a religion of peace, love, and brotherhood,” he said while adding that his life mission is to highlight Islam’s true message to the world.
Dr Zakir Naik said that the Muslim community is facing several challenges. To address these challenges, collective efforts should be made to promote peace, unity, and interfaith harmony. He said Mulsim community should set aside differences and should come under the guidance of Quran and Sunnah. Politicians and scholars should have a close relation. They both should be on the same page regarding the development of the country.
