Redmi 13 Unveils 4G Version, Replacing Redmi 12

Xiaomi introduces the Redmi 13 4G, featuring a powerful 108MP main camera and upgraded Helio G91 Ultra chipset, replacing the Redmi 12 in their entry-level lineup. With enhanced performance and improved charging, it's a budget-friendly powerhouse for smartphone enthusiasts.

Redmi 13 4G has arrived as the latest addition to Xiaomi’s entry-level lineup, succeeding last year’s Redmi 12. Key upgrades include a new 108MP main camera and an enhanced Helio G91 Ultra chipset.

The screen remains a 6.78-inch IPS LCD with 1080p resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, similar to its predecessor.

While the resolution has been slightly downgraded, the Helio G91 Ultra chipset significantly upgrades over the previous Helio G88. Memory options remain the same, up to 8 GB/256 GB. The phone ships with Android 14 and HyperOS.

The 50MP main camera has been upgraded to a 108MP primary shooter, with a 13MP front camera in a punch-hole cutout.

Another improvement is the phone’s fast charging capability, now 33W compared to 18W, along with a 5,030 mAh battery, slightly larger than the previous 5,000 mAh cell. The Redmi 13 4G starts at €199.99 in Europe.

Redmi 13 4G: Xiaomi’s Budget Upgrade

The Redmi 13 4G has debuted as Xiaomi’s latest entry-level offering, replacing last year’s Redmi 12. This new model boasts significant upgrades, including a 108MP main camera and an enhanced Helio G91 Ultra chipset. It features a 6.78-inch IPS LCD screen with 1080p resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, similar to its predecessor. While the screen resolution has slightly decreased, the improved chipset marks a notable performance boost over the Helio G88. Memory options remain up to 8 GB/256 GB, and the device runs on Android 14 with HyperOS.
