“Regime change Nakaam” trends as PTI gets even stronger

People expressed solidarity with PTI and Imran Khan. Passionate supporters chanted slogans for Imran Khan.

A large number of people across Pakistan came out to celebrate the victory of PTI as it gets stronger after coming back in power in Punjab following the decision of the Supreme Court.

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan addressed the nation yesterday. His address was watched live on big screens in different cities of Pakistan. People expressed solidarity with PTI and Imran Khan. Passionate supporters chanted slogans for Imran Khan. Video of the rallies has been making rounds on social media under the ##رجیم_چینج_ناکام (Regime Change Unsuccessful).

The trend is making rounds on social media since yesterday. “People came out in huge numbers across Pakistan once again in response to IK’s call. US regime change conspiracy has failed – the nation is sending a clear message to the State. Absolutely Not to Imported govt,” said Shireen Mazari as she shared the video of the rally.

Another PTI leader Andleeb Abbas also shared the video under the same hashtag on her Twitter account. “So struck by the massive & spontaneous public participation in Haqiqi Azadi movement in the last few months, this is the movement of genuine public participation. New leaders were born right there in the streets. Pak is on the rise, but the movement is not over yet…,” said Abbas in her tweet.

Former Federal Minister Zartaj Gul Wazir shared the video of Imran Khan talking about slavery and the real independence of Pakistan. “Pakistan cannot act as a slave. Kaptaan’s policy resonates strongly with a proud nation. And for good measure, the enchanted people are bringing back the great man to federal power,” said Zartaj Gul Wazir.

In his last night address, Imran Khan congratulated the people for defeating the ‘regime change in Pakistan. He said people resisted the brutal force used by the government and police on the protestor during Long March.
