Kabhi Mai Kabhi Tum serial marks the small-screen return of actor Fahad Mustafa. Hania Amir is paired with Mustafa in the lead role.

Emmad Irfani plays the character of the husband of Naeema Butt and the elder brother of Fahad Mustafa in the serial. The serial has been penned by famous playwright Farhat Ishtiaq and directed by Badar Mehmood.
