The variety show, which will feature music, comedy, and special guests, is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on December 6, 2024, at 9 PM ET/6 PM PT. Carpenter shared the exciting news with fans in a joint announcement on Instagram alongside Netflix, captioning it, “This is really gonna jingle your bells.”
Festive Musical Extravaganza
Carpenter’s holiday special is built around her 2023 EP Fruitcake, featuring holiday-themed music along with some beloved Christmas classics. Fans can expect an array of special performances, including surprise duets and comedic cameos from guest stars. According to the 25-year-old singer, her goal is to merge her love of music and comedy to create a unique take on the classic holiday variety show. “The holidays have always been so special to me,” Carpenter stated. “I’m excited to bring my own spin to a holiday variety show — something that feels uniquely me.”
