Scotland cricket takes a hilarious dig at Indian team after video

Indian fans have been upset over the disappointing performance of the Indian cricket team. Also, the Indian cricket team is struggling to retain its position in the semi-finals. Interestingly, Scotland Cricket Board is trolling the Indian team on Twitter.

Scotland Cricket Board posted a hilarious tweet on the condition of the Indian cricket team as it currently struggles to qualify for the semi-finals.

India is expected to play its fourth match against Scotland and needs to win it to keep its chances to remain in the tournament alive. Meanwhile, New Zealand is playing against Namibia and also needs to win the match to ascend in the group position. Hence, India and New Zealand are in tough competition to become the second qualifier for the semifinals.

Earlier, in the match against New Zealand, Scottish player Matthew Cross said that entire India is supporting the Scotland team against New Zealand. Cross said that while motivating his teammates during the match. The video of the Scottish wicket-keeper Matthew Cross instantly went viral on social media. The video garnered mixed responses from social media users. Some laughed out, however, others again slammed the Indian cricket team.

The social media team of Scotland cricket has been putting up funny tweets ahead of the match. In another tweet, they said, “India, If you want this trophy, you’re going to have to go through us.” Moreover, in another tweet, the board implied that certainly New Zealand and Afghan cricket fans would be cheering for Scotland today to defeat India.

Indian fans have been upset over the disappointing performance of the Indian cricket team against Pakistan and New Zealand. India has won its first match against Afghanistan.

Cashing on it, Scotland Cricket Board has put up a hilarious tweet on its official Twitter which reads: “When you realize you won’t have as many Indian fans tomorrow as you did yesterday.”

The tweet implied that in a match scheduled on Friday, there will not be any Indian supporters and Indian cricketers will put up their best effort to win the match and remain in the tournament.
