PTI Leader Shahbaz Gill clarified the confusion surrounding the interview of former Prime Minister Imran Khan with former British MPA George Galloway.
George Galloway hosts his talk show ‘Mother Of All Talkshows’. Galloway had invited former prime minister Imran Khan on his show following his ouster from the office. Two days ago, George Galloway announced that Imran Khan would be the guest on his show for this week’s episode.
“Let’s break the Internet with this SUNDAY 7 pm (London time) Prime Minister @ImranKhanPTIoverthrown in an American Coup. Will it stand? #AbsolutelyNot @MoatsTV,” said Galloway in his tweet on Saturday.
The program even conducted a poll on its official Twitter handle regarding the popularity of Imran Khan.
George Galloway even discussed the current government of Pakistan. He made strong comments against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and his government. He even called PM Sharif, a “Crime Minister”. To clarify, “Crime Minister” is a derogatory term used by those who are against the incumbent government.
“We very much hope to be joined in the course of the show by the genuine elected Prime Minister of Pakistan, my Captain [Kaptaan] Imran Khan. A personal hero to tens of millions and not just in his own country either,” George Galloway said.
“Whatever else you could say about Imran Khan, you have to admit that he was as honest as his rivals are rotten to the core,” he further said. After a brief introduction to Imran Khan, George Galloway narrated the chain of political events that took place in Pakistan. In the same line, he lambasted the incumbent PML-N-led government. While expressing his strong ties to Pakistan, George Galloway expressed his anger for “democracy is [being] stolen by people who have a proven track record of theft on a grand scale”.
“The coup regime installed by the Americans in Islamabad is rotten to the core,” George Galloway said. “24 out of 34 are on bail on a variety of corruption and money laundering charges,” he further added.

Some Twitter accounts claimed that his interview with George Galloway was not scheduled on Sunday and some unidentified person gave confirmation to George Galloway on the behest of PTI.
Later, former SAPM Shahbaz Gill took to social media and clarified that no interview of Imran Khan was scheduled with George Galloway. He added that the PTI is in talks with the team of the talk show and will soon announce if any such interview is scheduled in the future.
