The filter appeared accidentally but the netizens could not resist themselves from mocking the minister and his team members. Throughout the press conference, the cat’s ears and whiskers appeared on the face of Yousafzai and other ministers. It was a glitch on behalf of the person running the live stream press conference. It, however, seems to be an attempt by the ministry to innovate the style of addressing the journalists.

Journalist Waseem Abbasi, while sharing the screenshot from the live streaming, criticized the KPK for tarnishing the image of Pakistan.
Yesterday, whilst covering a press briefing held by KP’s information minister Shaukat Yousafzai, a cat filter was witnessed by the viewers which was removed within a few minutes.
“Positive image of Pakistan is being promoted though a press conference streamed live on Facebook with a cat filter on ministers of KP province,” wrote Abbasi mockingly in his tweet.
Some of the netizens have expressed their mild views calling it a mere mistake and how the strong reactions are baseless.
