Slain Indian singer Sidhu Moose Wala had announced to visit Pakistan

Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead over 30 times on Sunday in a broad daylight. According to the Police, at least eight to ten attackers opened fire on him. After firing him 30 times, the attackers checked him if he was alive.

According to a video circulating on social media, the slain Indian-Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala had announced to tour Pakistan this year.

In a video going viral on Twitter, Sidhu Moose Wala said that he will be visiting Pakistan this year. Sidhu said he will go to Lahore and Islamabad on his tour. The crowd expressed their happiness with a loud cheer on his announcement.

According to the details, Sidhu Moosewala left his house with his cousin Gurpreet Singh and neighbor Gurwinder Singh at 4.30 pm on Sunday. Moose Wala was driving the car.

When his car reached the village Jawaharke, a car that followed them and two more cars ahead of his car blocked his way and opened the fire. There was heavy firing from the front on Sidhu Moosewala. The singer died on the spot. Police say the killing seems to be the revenge for the murder of the Akali leader, Vicky Middukhera, who died last year. His manager was identified in the killing.

Sidhu Moosewala, 28, had contested the Punjab elections as a Congress candidate from Mansa and was defeated by AAP candidate Vijay Singla. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann had sacked Vijay Singla over corruption charges.

He was killed a day after his security was taken back temporarily. His father said that some gangster has threatened to, kill him, over the phone. Moos Wala’s father had written a letter to CM Punjab.

He has already ordered an inquiry at the highest level to enquire into the aspects of security reduction and fix responsibility,” his office said in response to the letter received from Balkaur Singh, the father of Sidhu Moose Wala.
